The magazines are full of tips on how to lose fat and gain muscle in a short time. However, these tips to increase muscle mass do not work for all in the same way. Here we show you how to increase muscle mass quickly and achieve your goals in a shorter period.

Arthur Jones was the discoverer of one of them: physical exercise beyond the limit.
