The insomnia (or rather sleep less than eight hours a day) has been associated scientifically to various problems, although we do not need be university graduates to know that if sleepiest little day you pay less, you’re more sleepy and evil humor seizes it.
The science has shown for some time that sleeping less than due generates problems of type cardiovascular, and on this occasion researchers from University College London and at the University of Warwick have shown that this happens much more significantly in women than men.
Based on data for 4600 individuals of whom 73 percent were male, the researchers found that the lack of sleep increases the chances of suffering a heart attack, a phenomenon that is increasing dramatically in women. (more…)
