Many people love eating foods high in fat and little fiber, away from the customs that help maintain a good state fĂsco and nutrition. Therefore, a balanced diet daily which includes several groups of food is crucial to our health.
Consume food balanced, healthy is a habit that can be purchased easily, including little by little more portions of the following food groups. We must take into account that the balanced diet is achieved consuming a bit of all, and not focusing on one or two:
Bread, potatoes, pasta, rice and cereals: starchy and must be the largest portion of the dishes that make up the daily diet. It is advised to choose those with high-fiber. Provide vitamin B.
Fruits and vegetables: in all its presentations, provide the body of vitamins, minerals and fiber with low percentage of fat and calories. Each day should be eaten 5 portions of these for example an apple or 2 tablespoons of maize, for a balanced diet. (more…)
