Since childhood that I have a stigma quite shameful, of course I willed several jokes about my lack of motor. The truth is that I don’t know jumping rope (do not know make unemployment of hands, but that does not come to the case).

An hour of exercise daily is what you need to keep your weight but want make any type of diet, or care in the meals.

This recommendation was published in an investigation of the Journal of the American Medical Assn. , association from which are advised to women who have a normal weight and want nothing to do diet, to carry out an hour of exercise daily seven days a week to avoid weight gain.

The study was conducted noting the lifestyle of 34,000 American with an average of 54 years of age. They gave reports about his physical activity and its weight; they also clarified if they were smokers, and gave details about the state of menopause, during a period of 13 years.

It was concluded from this investigation that only women who had a normal weight to begin the study and carried out moderate physical activity daily with an average of 60 minutes per day, were the only ones not gained weight and presented the best state of health. (more…)

30 Minutes. Don’t need more of that time of daily exercise to stay young and healthy. Our body needs physical exercise to absorb more oxygen and accelerate our metabolism. The benefits of physical exercise are innumerable and all allow us to have a longer life and healthier.

When combined with a healthy eating the exercises are an excellent method to lose weight. Here we already have the first benefits because the overweight is a problem that goes against our general state of health and sometimes also harms our self-esteem.

The exercise also helps increase the immune system. That means that helps to avoid diseases such as colds or flu normal. It also fixes problems such as high blood pressure, the high level of blood sugar or diseases such as diabetes, stroke, heart disease, etc. (more…)
