The depression is one of the ills affecting us the most currently. We all have some known to be feeling depressed and in some cases, we ourselves that we feel that way.

To overcome this state we have to make stock, for some, this may be meditated, for others go to therapy, and others can opt for exercises. Let’s talk about the possibility of using the exercise not only as a means to keep in shape, but as a method to combat the depression and anxiety.

At the University of Methodist in Dallas were conducted a series of investigations revealed that 25 minutes a day of exercise reduces stress and anguish, improving the feeling of well in general.

The researchers declare that the exercise may be used as a complement to the medication for depression, or as the remedy in itself. The exercise served for those who cannot afford or do not agree to the traditional therapies to combat depression, or for those who do not use the medicines because of the social stigma that there are in relation to them.
