An hour of exercise daily is what you need to keep your weight but want make any type of diet, or care in the meals.

This recommendation was published in an investigation of the Journal of the American Medical Assn. , association from which are advised to women who have a normal weight and want nothing to do diet, to carry out an hour of exercise daily seven days a week to avoid weight gain.

The study was conducted noting the lifestyle of 34,000 American with an average of 54 years of age. They gave reports about his physical activity and its weight; they also clarified if they were smokers, and gave details about the state of menopause, during a period of 13 years.

It was concluded from this investigation that only women who had a normal weight to begin the study and carried out moderate physical activity daily with an average of 60 minutes per day, were the only ones not gained weight and presented the best state of health. (more…)
