The emotional states lead us to eat other and most of the times without control and large quantities of food, which generally for comfort lead in the junk food, as a response to the moods, instead of hunger natural.

These emotions affect the stimulation to the starvation under these conditions:

1. Anger
If you are angry with yourself, another person or situation, to drown their feelings is easier stifle with food, to deal with the problem itself.

2.Despair
When it comes to believe that; “nothing really matters anyway – Nothing in life is going to change or improve for me,” is when we arrived at the conclusion of; why should I worry about my health or the weight?, also eat it makes me feel better. (The extreme feelings of hopelessness that is typical of the chronic depression).
(In this case if it is yours; please talk to a mental health professional in particular when this feeling of hopelessness is continuous).

3. Lack of control
When you think: “My life is out of control – There is nothing about what they can bear – around the world around me I exceeds”, except eat, because I can eat what you want, when you want and I will do so.

4. Feel scorned
Perhaps you have achieved something exceptional at work and no one has realized, or perhaps you have done a personal achievement that had dreamed for years, but no one at home shares his pride.
So it is tempted to welcome to yourself, looking in food or drink, the remuneration that does not find otherwise.

5. Boredom
It is when we think; “There is nothing to do – No place to go – is to feel alone – There is nothing in the house to occupy his mind or your time.
But there is a pantry filled with food occupy this time available.

If you enter into any of these five profiles, try to sit down with a role and search ideas to find alternative behaviors that avoid the outcome to the food, if you can’t control any of these emotions by him, seek help and prevent damage your health.
