When we lose weight we give the thousand times thinking what can we do to achieve the most effective and fast, which is actually a big mistake. A recent investigation showed that the key to losing weight is to relax.

After two years of investigation it was found that women who followed a program of yoga and meditation have lost weight and kept, but those obsessed with food and exercise performed poorly.

The research was conducted at the University of Otago in New Zealand, where women were divided into three groups: one attending yoga classes and meditation, one that was focused on physical activity and nutrition, while the third group received nutritional information.

The study showed that while all lost weight, which belonged to the first group, were those that yielded the best results and the ones that managed to maintain and improve your overall health.

Learn and practice relaxation techniques as part of a lifestyle change is essential, women were able to handle stress and emotions without using food.
