Firstly, you must perform four meals a day and if you wish, include one or two snacks. Also, try to drink plenty of fluids like water, juice, sugar free and low-sodium broth and fat. This not only will serve to improve circulation, but also your skin will look more hydrated.

It also increases consumption of fruits and vegetables, both raw and cooked. They bring you water, vitamins and minerals and are essential to eliminate toxins from your body. Another measure to keep in mind: reduce the intake of salt, coffee and sugar (you should also avoid alcohol and snuff).

Also want to incorporate fiber from whole grains, legumes and raw vegetables. If possible, try to maintain a healthy weight, which you can achieve by exercising and maintaining a healthy diet. Finally, bear in mind that stress can also cause cellulites.
