I know many of the properties of water. However, many of us (and here I include myself) do not take enough water. Water consumption leads to many benefits for our bodies. It is also a key factor when losing weight. If not you should drink water (two liters per day are recommended) will give you three reasons to drink more water.

To maintains the temperature of our body: our body is made up about 60% water, the need for the circulation and absorption. It also helps our body maintain the correct temperature. We could not live too long without water as our body requires surviving.

Remove toxins: Water helps to detoxify our body. As we maintain our body properly hydrated our kidneys work properly. (more…)

In general, we tend to believe that eating a plant does not pose any danger to health because it is “natural”.

However, we must not forget that any synthetic drug is made from elements of Mother Nature. Whenever a plant to be used for curative purposes, we know two important things …

1 – First, all plants have “active”.
That is, they possess pharmacological activity. Generally, these principles are substances that are not central to its development, for example, those that are in reserve. A plant may have several active ingredients, so it’s going to have different pharmacological actions.

2 – Secondly, each part of the plant used a drug.
This means that each portion is taken, contain a different active ingredient. Not to be confused with a ‘drug’ laboratory, for example, if we take the gentian, the drug is the root.
Then, taking into account the above two points, may pose a health hazard, mixing different varieties regardless of the active ingredients of each, to take synthetic medicines and, in turn, consume medicinal plants. If there is any doubt about that, it is best to consult a doctor.
